A ruined roadside inn has become a place of whispers. Locals say lights flicker under the rubble at night. Animals refuse to go near it. A shepherd claims to have heard a voice beneath the earth, yelling in a strange language.

Long ago, a bandit gang took over the inn and dug hidden chambers beneath it. They found an ancient vault and cracked it open. A gas blast collapsed the tunnels, sealing them inside. Worse, an artifact inside the vault released a bound imp-demon that raised the dead bandits as undead servants.

The demon is trapped behind the rockfall. It wants out.
